Solid ramen, though not up there with the best on the island as some of the reviews may make it out to be. The noodles do the job, and the toppings are perfunctory but the standout here is the broth that is neither overly heavy or salty and is filled with little chunks of meat. Recommended if you are around the area.

I had the special port shio reamen and fried chicken, First I though it was pretty standard, bit after a couple of bites I realized that this was so good.A must if you are in the area!

Really an unexpected experience. I've tried several other ramen in other ramen stores in Hokkaido, including Santoka and some others, honestly this was where my family and I had our Best Ramen so far. I particularly enjoyed the special char siew ramen, the char siew meat melted in my mouth. Oishidesu. And they have English menu too, the serving staff can understand simple English. Must try for those who travel to Utoro, especially someone from Singapore like me.

One of the best Ramen in Hokkaido. Pork broth with miso flavour. Very rich flavour but not too salty. Noodle was cooked perfectly. Pork was delicious. Highly recommended

Can anyone help to share which umeshu they serve if happens to visit the shop? Fall for their umeshu. Wondering which brand it is. It's more on the lighter sweeter side and less alcoholic. Normally, the umeshu I've tried like Choya they have higher alcoholic taste. The sauce on the yakitori tastes good. Not as salty as the other shops. We ordered chicken yakitori. Personally I prefer their Miso ramen soup base to the shouyu soup base. Order Special pork ramen. This part of the pork is tender. Probably the way they marinate or handle the meat is special.

Very popular! You need to come here at 6pm to secure a seat. We came at 7.30pm and was told to wait for an hour. We returned the next day with an earlier dinner timing. Fantastic ramen and a very delicious hokkaido styled potato mochi. Beautiful sunset can be viewed here too.

Incredible ramen. The special braised pork is a delight. Salted chicken yakitori also a gem.

Great stop for ramen and some drinks after a day at Shiretoko. The waiting area can be expanded especially when its raining and cold outside.

The food is super awesome, everything we've tried was! We ate here for 4 nights in a row, one of the only few restaurants around Utoro. Wonderful!

I had a cold tamtammen. It's definitely one of the best exotic ramen I had in my live. We had too wait before getting in but it's more than worth it.

One of the best ramen I’ve had, and inexpensive. Try their yakitori as well, it’s brilliant and value for money. Do note that if a skewer has (rare) beside it, it’ll be pink inside.They don’t take reservations and have under 40 seats. Be prepared to wait outside at peak time.Smoking allowed inside. Staff speak limited english, they are friendly though! English menu available.

After waiting 20 minutes outside because the restaurant was full, the waiter told us that the restaurant was closed when it was not even 19h. While it closes at 21h !!Very good home, of course I don't recommend !!!

Excellent place for yakitori and ramen. The chicken thigh and pork Osaka style, meat balls, chicken thigh with green onions are all excellent.There are not many dinner choices in utoro, so this place gets very crowded at night. Go early. Service is excellent too. Opens till 10pm.

Great ramen place in a town with not many food options. Limited seating so booking in advance is recommended. The ramen is great and the imomochi and fried chicken is highly recommended.

I won't said that this is good ramen restaurant. The noodles are not handmade. The soups taste good but nothing to shout about.

Had dinner here and came at 5.30pm. I had yakitori while my friend had ramen. They were both great. I would highly recommend having the chicken skin yakitori. They have an English menu.

Try this dry version of noodles. Just like dry wanton noodles back in SG.... but better! The ramen is good too.

Nice delicious ramen. Couldn't order the special pork as it was sold out. Arrive for lunch at 2.15pm and customers after that was turned away so come earlier for lunch.
